Fieldpointe of Schaumburg is located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago (Schaumburg) and consists of one and two bedroom apartments. This 396-unit property underwent a $9 million renovation.

Improvements included the addition of a 2,750 square-foot multi-purpose centrally-located “resort style” clubhouse, fitness center, a business center, resident community center, and property leasing center and management office. Additionally, the existing pool was transformed and dramatic exterior and landscape enhancements were made.

Unit interior improvements included new flooring, bathroom improvements, the addition of in-unit washers and dryers, new doors, hardware and architectural trim throughout, and the replacement of air conditioning units and hot water heaters.
