Parris Landing is a national landmark, five-building, 367-unit residential complex in the Charlestown Navy Yards area of Boston. The original industrial shipbuilding facilities, built over 150 years ago, were adaptively reused as rental apartments in 1982. With 17 acres of greenspace associated with the property, and its waterfront location, Parris Landing is one of the most sizeable and recognizable residential properties in all of metro Boston. Conversion to condominiums began in 2004, including the complete design transformation of volume atrium spaces in each building and a new health club.
