The asset management group is responsible for maximizing returns for our owners. The team drives value for investors through targeted value add programs and working closely with our professional property management group, DK Living, to drive efficiency in operations. We are responsible for executing ownership’s business strategy in order to achieve their financial and operational goals.

- Develop solutions across the entire asset lifecycle
- Create a customized strategic asset plan for each asset and coordinate the multiple disciplines to execute the plan.
- Analyze and approve budgets and ensure there is an appropriate return to investors on strategic investments
- Cross-pollinate best practices achieved at other assets and observed by other groups across our platform (i.e. acquisitions and commercial mortgage)
